Responsible for providing strategic, operational, financial, and technological leadership for Maro Software Company. The role oversees the company’s overall business performance, drives innovation, expands market presence, ensures operational excellence, and leads the organization toward sustainable growth and profitability.

Control the highest executive authority of the company and is accountable for defining corporate vision, executing strategic initiatives, managing business operations, and building a high-performance organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.

Admin & Finance Manager

Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, administrative operations, human resources coordination, procurement, and organizational support services. The role ensures financial accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and effective management of administrative systems that support the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

The Admin & Finance Manager plays a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, office management, vendor coordination, and policy implementation while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Technical and Software Department Manager

  • Lead and manage the technical and software development department to ensure efficient operations and project delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Supervise software developers, system analysts, IT specialists, and technical support teams.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
  • Ensure software quality, security, scalability, and performance standards are met.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, servers, databases, cloud services, and network systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify technical requirements and provide effective technology solutions.
  • Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

UI/UX Designer

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop responsive designs compatible with multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Ensure consistency of branding, typography, colors, and design systems across all platforms.
  • Create interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
